It’s Easy Growing Greens

Leafy greens are some of our healthiest foods, and they are easy to grow in northeast Florida’s cool season. This class will cover the basics of:

• Types of greens to grow–some familiar and some you may not know
• When to grow them and how to start them
• Different methods of growing greens–beds, containers and hydroponics
• Ideas about how to cook with them

Class participants will receive a leafy green seedling to take home.
